If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly under pressure, this role is for you. ECASA is seeking motivated candidates who can start immediately, making this an ideal opportunity for those ready to take the next step in their careers without delay.

- Valid driver’s license (Code B or C1)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in at least one additional South African language (advantageous)
- Availability to start immediately
Meeting these requirements ensures that applicants have both the academic foundation and the practical readiness to excel as Call Centre Agents.
Key Competencies
ECASA is looking for individuals who not only meet the minimum requirements but also demonstrate strong workplace competencies, including:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – the ability to handle diverse clients with professionalism and empathy.
- Problem-solving abilities – confidence in resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure – resilience in a high-demand environment where targets must be met.
- Adaptability and professionalism – ensuring a high standard of service delivery at all times.
These competencies are critical for success in a call centre role, as agents often serve as the first point of contact between ECASA and its stakeholders.

Working with ECASA as a Call Centre Agent provides:
- Exposure to a professional work environment within a nationally recognised organisation.
- Opportunities to enhance customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
