The organisation is now inviting applications for Client Liaison Administrator (B5) positions (X10 Posts) at its Western Cape Regional Office, offering a 6-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity is ideal for graduates with strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills who are eager to gain practical workplace experience.
About the Position
As a Client Liaison Administrator, the successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the regional office with administration, secretarial services, and stakeholder engagement. The role is designed to ensure that training and development initiatives in the region are carried out effectively, while also providing crucial support to managers, learners, and stakeholders.
Salary Package: R28 039.77 per month
Contract Duration: 6 months fixed term
Reference Number: CLA/WC/24/10/25
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring easy access to information.
- Handling stakeholder queries professionally and resolving them timeously.
- Processing learner registrations accurately and according to procedure.
- Supporting secretarial duties to strengthen regional administration.
- Advising stakeholders on skills development processes and procedures.
- Assisting with merSETA projects and ad-hoc initiatives.
- Capturing data and generating reports to support office targets.
- Administering suspension processes for apprentices and learners.
- Tracking and monitoring individual and project performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- A 3-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) in:
- Business Administration
- Office Administration
- Commerce
- Project Management
- Training and Development
- At least 1 year of experience in administration and customer relations.
- Solid computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Database systems).
- Knowledge of skills development legislation.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and attention to detail.
