Job Description:
Office of the Chief Justice: Administration Clerk (CRT) – Apply Now
Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric certificate. Typing as a subject or a Secretarial Certificate or any other relevant training or qualification
Advantageous: Appropriate experience in general administration or court related functions with regard to court recordings and / or case flow management. Drivers licence. Understanding of confidentiality in Government
knowledge: Understanding of confidentiality in Government.
Duties: Test and operate court recordings equipment and ensure the safekeeping and maintenance thereof; Record court proceedings; Provide administrative and case flow management support in general to the court as required by the Judiciary, Chief Registrar. Court Manager and/ or Supervisor
